Congratulations on choosing to study with the Australian Institute of ICT. A diploma level qualification or above can greatly improve your skills and knowledge, making you more valuable to employers.
The 7 steps to complete your enrolment are outlined below. Remember that our friendly staff are all here to assist you throughout your enrolment, so if you get stuck wondering what you need to do next, please feel free to call us on 1800 515 110 or email us at [email protected]
To be eligible to enrol, you will need to make sure you meet all of the entry requirements, then simply apply now or ask for a callback.
If you requested a callback, you will receive a phone call from one of our course advisors to help you navigate through any complexities and answer any questions or concerns you have about your course. They will also discuss the next steps you need to take to complete enrolment.
If you don’t need to speak to a course advisor, and you decided to apply now, you will be re-directed to start the student application process.
The first step in the student application process is your Pre-enrolment Profile (PEP). This profile tells us all about you and your motivations for studying. Your PEP only takes 5-10 minutes and is your first official step in the enrolment process.
You will then need to complete your Capability Quiz. The Capability Quiz contains questions to assess your language, literacy and numeracy levels to help us understand how we can best support you. Once you have submitted your student application you will have the option of continuing on with the enrolment process or contacting your course advisor.
If you have decided to go ahead, the next step is the formal enrolment process. As part of this step, you will need to provide any supporting documentation along with identification to verify your application. You will also need to complete the Student Enrolment Agreement.
Our team will then review your student application and enrolment documents and if there are no issues, your enrolment will be processed. Once formally enrolled, our team will be in touch with you to set up your payment plan. We will also send you all of the information you need to begin your learning journey, including an invitation to attend an online orientation session.
Attend your online orientation workshop with your trainer to help you kick-start your studies and prepare you for success in your course. Once that’s all done, you’re ready to start studying.
